Ahmed Nazim Mohamed completed Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at Maldives National University
and Master of Law (LLM) from the University Melbourne, Australia.
He started his career at People Majlis Secretariat (Parliament of Maldives) at legislative and
research department. During his tenure at Peoples Majlis, he assisted in drafting and provided
legal opinion to parliament committees on vibrant bills including tax bills, corporate bill and other
matters.
Nazim has been working as a legal counsel for many private and public clients. During his
tenure as legal counsel, Nazim has been intensively engaged in all corporate and commercial
practices, and widely been advising local and overseas clients from diverse industries in various
type of legal transactions. Nazim has got vast experience in advising, drafting and negotiating
for clients in their commercial transaction relating to construction and development, tourism and
bidding, banking and finance, insurance and others. He has provided legal opinion and drafted
contracts for clients according to their requirement on mentioned areas and many more.
Niham Jaufar complelted Bachelor of Laws from Maldives National University and a Master of
Law from South Asian University, New Delhi. He started his career as a State-Attorney at
Attorney General’s Office and has paved his is path as promising lawyer over the years.
Niham is a qualified lawyer with in-depth knowledge of various laws pertaining to Public
International Law, International Environmental Law, Law of International Institutions,
International Trade Law, Private International Law and International Human Rights Law. He got
hands on experience in litigation, issuing of legal opinions, and has conducting extensive
research in regards to legal matters.
Niham has assists various corporate, commercial and international clients in issues related to
constitutional matters and administrative law.
Assad Saeed holds a law degree from Maldives National University. He started his career as a
State-Attorney at Attorney General’s Office and has attained vast experience in the field over
the years. Assad has a broad litigation experience has allowed him to consistently deliver good
results for his clients.
Assad acts for clients from a diverse range of fields including: tourism, land, housing etc. Assad
is driven to achieve successful results for his clients in a practical and cost-effective manner.
